Give away everything you know, and more will come back to you overtime.

You will remember from school, classmates preventing you from seeing their wrong answers by placing their arm around their test.

It is the same in the workplace, peers are secretive with ideas. “Don’t tell them that, they’ll take credit for it”

The problem with coveting ideas is you end up living off your reserves. Eventually you’ll become stale and un-productive.

Give away everything; you will be left with nothing. This forces you to look, to be attentive, to recharge your battery.

Somehow the more you give away the more comes back to you overtime.

Ideas are open forms knowledge and inspiration. Don’t claim ownership of it.

They’re not your ideas anyway; they’re someone else’s. They are out there floating by on the vapors of life.

You just have to put yourself in a right mindset to pick them up. Discuss in the comments people.
